All exhibit booth packages include a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape, company ID sign, and basic wi-fi access. Exhibit spaces do NOT include electricity. Electrical access can be purchased through the convention center. The exhibit area is NOT carpeted. If desired, carpet can be purchased through the event decorator.

Please Note: The NLIT Summit does NOT provide attendee contact information and lead retrieval devices are not available for the event. After the event, you will receive an opt-in list with Name/Title/Lab affiliation. If an attendee does not opt-in, you will receive title/lab affiliation for that attendee. You are encouraged to capture attendee contact information on your own at the event.

Meeting Space Rental: $5000 for one day (choice of May 6 or May 7) or $8000 for both days (May 6 and May 7)
Package includes one 15x15 walled meeting space located in the exhibit hall. A poster with your company logo will be placed outside the room to help identify your meeting space. The space does not have a ceiling but has a door and partitions to provide a private location for your use. The meeting space includes 4 chairs and a draped 6-foot rectangular table.
