We invite you to participate in the 23rd DoD Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Program Review, which provides an information exchange forum for DoD Components, the Federal Government, and Industry E3 and Spectrum professionals. The DoD E3 Program Review will be held at the Sheraton Albuquerque Airport in Albuquerque, NM the week of April 20-24, 2020.
Sponsored by the DISA's Defense Spectrum Organization (DSO), the DoD E3 PR promotes communication, coordination, commonality, and synergy among the DoD Components for E3 related matters. The Program Review is an information exchange forum for DoD Components, the Federal Government, and Industry E3 and Spectrum Management professionals to collaborate, network, and meet to discuss policy and regulations, acquisition trends, operational supportability, and emerging technology. It also features dozens of technical presentations, several training seminars, and many working groups, ad hoc meetings, and exhibitions.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
The 2020 DoD E3 Program Review team is monitoring the current novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation.
Currently, based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) information, the conference is scheduled to occur as published.

In an effort to remain safe, please follow:
- No hand shaking
- No sharing pens
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
