Submission Guidelines

-Tell us what you would like to share in 500 words or less! Abstracts are due by January 24, 2025 Midnight Mountain Time with notification of acceptance/rejection by February 14.

-SESSION FORMATS AVAILABLE FOR 2025: You can choose from five different presentation types:

  • Traditional Presentation – Standard presentation by a speaker(s) relaying a topic followed by Q&A (30 Total Minutes- all Q&A will be conducted within the 30 minute timeframe)
  • Birds of a Feather - Discussion by all attendees facilitated by a presentation leader (60 minutes)
  • Workshop (60-120 minutes)- Deep-dive into a topic or hands-on user demo/tutorial NOTE: all workshops will be scheduled during the afternoon of May 5 (prior to the Welcome Reception) or the afternoon of May 8 (after the conclusion of the formalized NLIT agenda)
  • Panel Presentation- Group of presenters discussing/debating a topic (30 min)
  • Lightning Presentation- Short briefing on a topic with minimal slides, designed to rapidly and compellingly share information (10 Total Minutes)
