About DoD E3 PR:
The DoD E3 PR provides an information exchange forum for DoD, Federal Government, and Industry E3 engineering and spectrum management professionals to address E3 and spectrum policy, operational doctrine, EMC standardization, education, emerging technologies, test and evaluation, and other matters relevant to the success of DoD's mission.
DoD E3 PR refers to the impact of the electromagnetic environment upon the operational capability of military forces, equipment, systems and platforms. It encompasses all electromagnetic disciplines, including electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic interference; electromagnetic vulnerability; electromagnetic pulse; electronic protection, hazards of electromagnetic radiation to personnel, ordnance, and volatile materials; and natural phenomena effects of lightning and precipitation static.
