Space allocation and waiting list.
Each US CCMD and major Command is allocated up to three spaces. Commands who register more than three people may have registrants who registered after the first three moved to the waiting list to allow the widest possible participation. Once all spaces are full, personnel on the waiting list will be prioritized by Director J39 as spaces become available. Registrants on the waiting list will be notified if a space becomes available. In order to allow time for passes to be processed no changes will take place after 14 Oct 24.

Cancellation/Refund Policies
Any cancellation requests must be received in writing or by email no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time EDT Saturday, September 21, 2024, to be eligible for a refund of the entire registration fee. Cancellation requests received after Saturday, September 21, 2024, and before 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 6, 2024, will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. After 5:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 6, 2024, the attendee shall be liable for 100% of the registration fee. There is a 25% reprocessing fee to change a payment once payment has been received. Classified Plenary

Are you interested in joining the classified plenary?

PLEASE NOTE, by checking this box you are submitting a REQUEST to register for the classified plenary but does not guarantee a place. Seating capacity is limited and requests will be processed in date order until capacity is reached. You will be contacted separately via your provided email with additional instructions once you have been successfully registered or if you have been placed on the waitlist due to capacity constraints.

Attendance in the CLASSIFIED plenary requires the submission of a visit request to USINDOPACOM.

For U.S. personnel, a visit request must be submitted via Defense Information System for Security (DISS) (formerly known as the Joint Personnel Adjudication System, or JPAS) addressed to the INDOPACOM Security Management Office (SMO) using SMO Code 000386 for SECRET Collateral. For those intending to attend one or both the TS/SCI breakout sessions, or have scheduled meetings with senior INDOPACOM personnel for TS/SCI discussions, submit using SMO Code 000383. Submit only one visit request for the correct classification.
For Allied and Partner personnel, your visit request must be in the form of a formal Foreign Visit Request submitted through your embassy. Following submission of the visit request by your Security Officer, please inform the symposium chairs via email at infopac2024@us.navy.mil so they may track your interest and manage the attendance list.

Additional details will be forwarded to you once you have been successfully registered for the CLASSIFIED plenary.
