Mike Shirk serves as both a Contracting Officer Representative and Product Manager on the Quality Payment Program (QPP). QPP has extensive experience working with multiple small business vendors on the delivery of key program features on their platform. Mike is also a former Contracting Officer with over 10 years of experience working with both large and small vendors while directing the source selection and technical evaluation processes on a variety of requirements at CMS.
