Mark Oh - Director for the Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations Group (EIOG) in the Office of Technology Services (OTS). Mark is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and expanding CMS' Enterprise Infrastructure/Hosting solutions that includes integration of CMS' Cloud Computing solutions as part of overall Virtual Data Center strategy. Mark is also responsible for providing end-user platform (i.e. mobile phones, laptops, telecommunications, etc.). He most recently had served as the Acting Group Director for the Rapid Program Deployments Group (RPDG) and was responsible for systems development and operations for the Federally Facilitated Marketplace and larger Marketplace eco-system, including maintenance and operations of the Data Services Hub, and other applications supporting State Based Marketplaces (SBMs) and FFM. Prior to joining CMS in 2010, Mark held several IT management and IT management consultant positions in government and industry and gained experience in Agile development. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and is a proud graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy.
