Introduction
Todd Skinner is a Chief Technologist with Booz Allen Hamilton and has over 12 years of IT operations and cybersecurity experience supporting the Federal government.

Background and Experience
A U.S Army veteran, Todd served as a platoon leader, staff officer, and General Officer's aide-de-camp. He deployed multiple times to Iraq, receiving declarations including the Bronze Star with Oak Leaf Cluster and the Meritorious Service Medal. During his time in the military, Todd planned an initiative to develop a web-based platform to support the mobilization, training, and readiness of Army reservists. This fostered a passionate interest in the power of technology to improve the way complex organizations operate.

Today, Todd supports the delivery of cybersecurity capabilities to Federal Agencies as part of the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Program - a Department of Homeland Security-sponsored initiative to protect our nation's Federal Departments and Agencies from cyber threats. Before his current role, Todd led the operations and maintenance of DOD enterprise systems and led the delivery of IT services to senior government officials.

Education
Todd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the American Military University. Todd's professional certifications include the Project Management Professional (PMP), the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and the CompTIA Security+; he is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
