Rita is the Director of Small Business Programs at SAIC where she is responsible for providing guidance and leadership in small business relations for the organization, diverse supplier sourcing and business development. Over the past 17 years, Rita brings extensive experience in the area of small business and in working with organizations that advocate small business utilization. Prior to SAIC, she was a small business manager for both Textron Systems and Northrop Grumman. She recently won the 2020 National HUBZone Council Small Business Advocate of the Year Award.
